How to Order
Make your selection from the items featured on our website, type in the quantities you require and click the “order” button.
This will generate an email order form. Complete your contact details and check that all the items you wish to order are listed.
To continue shopping or return to the range pages click “continue shopping”
Once you have made all your selections click the “place order” button.
An auto reply will be generated to let you know the order has been sent to us successfully.
We will check the availability of the items you have asked for and depending on your preference, will phone or email you to let you know what’s in stock and how quickly we can dispatch to you.
We will ask you for your credit card details and include your receipt in the parcel. Moss River will not dispatch any goods until full payment has been received. We will email you to let you know when the parcel is on the way to you.
Delivery
All orders are delivered via Australia Post because of their reliability and ability to deliver to post office boxes with delivery taking place within normal business hours.
If no-one is available at your address when delivery takes place, a card will be left and the goods may be picked up from your local Post Office, with proper identification, at your convenience.
For very urgent orders please contact us and we will arrange a courier quotation.
Any courier costs are to be borne by the customer and are payable in advance, along with the payment for the goods ordered.
Most orders will be processed and items will be dispatched to you within 7 business days. We will advise you by email if there are any additional delays expected due to items being out of stock.
Delivery (post and packing) charges within Australia are AUD$18 where the total value of the order
is less than AUD $600 and Free of charge if the value of the order is over $600.
Overseas Delivery charges are subject to quotation.
Bulky items or very large orders may incur additional charges. If this applies to your order we will notify you prior to processing your payment.
We will email you with a quote for overseas postal charges. Overseas deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes, and may be affected by customs or excise delays. All costs associated with importing goods are the responsibility of the customer. Moss River is not liable for any duties, taxes or customs charges placed on the goods at the point of import.
